ITCA Dubai 2008, the 3rd Travel Catering Services Exhibition will take place from 3-5 November at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre alongside the ITCA Dubai 2008 Conference.

The Middle East is expected to sustain an average annual growth rate of 6.7% reaching 68.5 million visitors in less than 15 years according to WTO (World Travel Organisation).

Several factors are helping this region sustain a 15% increase in air passenger traffic and a continued boost in tourism. They include:

Although primarily known for its boom in the airline travel industry, many projects are currently underway or in the preliminary stages for the enhancement and further development of the regional ferry and railway sectors.
